May 21, 2009 I RARELY ever provide feedback to companies I deal with, just too busy. But I had to take a moment to give you my feedback. I have received grad announcements from friends over the past several weeks purchased from other companies. They had a similar “style” to the ones you offered on your website, but the paper used on their announcements was flimsy and the color pictures were not as nice. Honestly, they felt “cheap”. I was beginning to worry if that is what I was getting. Well, we received the announcements yesterday and they looked great! I was very pleased to find out that the announcements from you were sturdy, bright, and of great quality! My 18 year old was even happy – and he is never happy! I am also impressed with your online ordering, status, and viewing system. Your “people” (not sure if its 1 person or a thousand) are very personable – Kris? – seemed very down to earth and not like a robot in emails to me. Could have been automated responses, and if they were – great job convincing me otherwise! Thank you to everyone at picturemeperfect.com! May 19, 2009 I was out-of-town when my daughter's graduation annoucnements arrived. She had not seen proofs or anything. So, I asked her: "How do they look? Do you like them? May 19, 2009 I was able to get the announcements in the mail on Friday (thanks for moving the order so quickly) and began getting phone calls early this week from the recipients. Everyone just loved the announcements and remarked on how beautiful every detail was from the pictures to the paper and the printing to the bows!
